Join Tonya Garreaud and Nina Pileggi for this seven-day yoga retreat. Each morning begins with an active two-hour all levels class, followed by a delicious breakfast. There’s time each day for optional excursions: visit the Altavista petroglyphs, the local Mexican market, nearby villages and beach towns, or simply relax on the beach. In the late afternoon, a restorative and pranayama practice will leave you refreshed after the activities of the day. Enjoy a week of good company and healthy food while rejuvenating your practice in the fresh ocean air.
