Join Nancy and Shannyn for twice-daily yoga sessions: once in the morning for asana and once in the late afternoon for restorative and pranayama. As Iyengar teachers, we are knowledgeable in yoga adjustments and adaptations that allow access to challenging poses such as inversions, arm balances, and backbends.
So, whether you are looking to relax and heal or reset and balance, this week of yoga will be geared towards progressing your personal yoga practice.
One year of Iyengar yoga experience is required or by permission of the instructors.
Yoga rate is separate, please contact teachers for details.

Nancy Marcy
I am a retired physical education and health teacher who has always led an active life. During my teaching career, I was lucky to be able to learn and teach many kinds of physical activity: Aquatics, athletics, dance, martial arts, strength training, and yoga. Of all these, yoga has become an indispensable means to a balanced, healthy lifestyle. With over 20 years of experience in practicing and teaching yoga, I continue to derive benefits that are physical, emotional, and spiritual. http://lifelongiyengar.com/
