Join Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers Shannyn Joy Potter and Nancy Marcy for a rejuvenating week of twice daily Iyengar yoga classes. The sessions will take place in the resort's newest shala, which features a rope wall and overlooks the ocean. Our schedule includes active asana in the morning and restorative yoga and pranayama in the afternoon.
