Join certified Iyengar teachers Shannyn Joy Potter and Nancy Marcy for their fourth retreat at Mar de Jade. There will be twice-daily yoga practice: asana in the mornings and restorative in the afternoons. Participants are required to have one year of Iyengar Yoga experience or by permission of the instructors.
