Join certified Iyengar Yoga teachers Shannyn Joy Potter and Nancy Marcy for their 7th yoga retreat together! It will be a week of twice-daily yoga instruction in the beautiful treetop La Selva studio overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This space features a unique stall bar system and open-air deck that can be used for many forms of traction and support. Our team teaching method allows us to observe, assist, and challenge you to meet your personal goals, be they to heal, progress, or transform. Classes are focused, informative and joyful!
