Through mindfulness, our breath and body can be potent entry points to our deeper and wiser spiritual nature. Our conscious awareness of true nature – the essence of our being which is always inherently wise, wakeful and whole – is key to our peace and contentment in life. In our modern culture, this more subtle reality of being often remains veiled or overlooked. We will spend the week in sacred exploration through breath, yoga (including hatha, vinyasa, and kundalini), breathwork, shamanic practices, somatic movement and exploration, dance, meditation, and self inquiry.
