Get ready for spring with this Adventure Retreat in sunny Mexico - Daily movement classes in magical surroundings, four adventure excursions, nourishing farm-to-table meals, the chance to build connections with people from all over the world, and lots of opportunity to swim, snorkel, hike, and dance. Monika's active classes are fun-filled and playful, offering space for exploration and personal inquiry. Evening chill sessions focus on nourishing and calming the body, and provide self-care tools to help us manage life stressors.
