Join Lara Warren (senior CIYT) for her 15th year on Mexico's Pacific Coast. Lara's classes never fail to surprise, delight and inform. She is welcoming and supportive and guides her students with a dynamic presence, inspiring demonstrations, and clear, methodical instructions. She welcomes all levels of students and is attentive to specific needs. She has a wonderful enthusiasm for the subject of yoga, which she has studied, practiced & taught for the past 30 years. All classes are held in Mar de Jade's el Templo studio, fully equipped with a rope wall.
