Bethamie and Stephanie have prepared a week of joyful Nia dance (for every level) and blissful relaxation for you at the beautiful Mar De Jade retreat center.
Each day, your body and spirit will be nourished by the sacred medicine of movement, meditation and exquisite meals prepared with produce from the on-site organic farm. There will also be ample free time for you to truly slow down, rest and feel into softness: luxuriate in the magical waters of the Pacific Ocean, or allow yourself to be taken by nature’s beauty as you roam the majestic grounds of Mar De Jade.
