About the Retreat
Week long wonderful yoga vacation at this tropical paradise where the jungle meets the sea — just 90 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta.
Two daily yoga classes.
Yoga practice will include meditation, pranayama, gentle asana flow, restorative yoga and yin yoga.
