About the Retreat

“Invisible threads are the strongest ties”. – Nietzsche

By fostering an intimate union of body, mind, and spirit, we follow a path that leads us into a deep connection with our highest SELF. During this week together we will integrate Tantric and walking meditation practices, mindful asana and breath practices that encourage us to bring wise attention to every aspect of our lives.

Spending time in nature, listening to the waves, eating delicious foods, and sharing in conversation with Mexican culture and friends will ignite the spark of enthusiasm that allows us to celebrate life fully.

Registration Fee: $350usd (does not include room & board).

Nova Loverro

Nova’s love for yoga began the day she was born when, she is told, she did her first Urdhva Danurasana (full wheel ) Since that time, her love has expanded from the sheer joy of the body’s ability to express bliss into the more subtle layers of consciousness. Recognized for her authentic and warm nature that invites students to experience the fullness of their hearts, Nova (E-RYT 500) has been studying and teaching yoga since 1999. Nova was Certified in Anusara Yoga in 2006 and that same year, she met her teacher, Yogarupa Rod Stryker and has since become a dedicated student of ParaYoga. Her deep understanding of the Principles of Alignment combined with the beauty of expression she offers of Tantric Philosophy and Practices makes each class a rich and joyful experience. Nova continues to teach locally as well as, nationally and internationally. The Tantra Vinyasa Style employs the use of ancient teaching from the Sri Vidya Tradition and from ParaYoga and infuses them with the science of bio-mechanics of movement. With focus on the energetic body, the student is invited to delve deep into their inner beings while aligning equally so on the outside. Nova’s love and respect for yoga extends beyond the classroom and into the lives of others. She is a mentor and guide for many and teaches Yoga as therapy for both physical and emotional/mental imbalances. She has taught at hospitals for Cancer Patients and Survivors, Cardiac Patients, MS and Youth Recovery programs and has been a mentor for first generation students. Nova has dedicated her life to the pursuit of inclusiveness for each individual and continues to involve herself with programs that focus on those with seemingly less so that they may extract the sweet nectar of their lives.
