At this time in human history our leadership and contribution is needed more than ever.
Join master teacher and leadership coach Judith Ansara for a week of deep learning, retreat and renewal in a beach-side paradise!
Whether you are already fully engaged in your work and service, or wanting to embark in new directions, this retreat offers you a precious opportunity to step back from the busyness of your life. Develop new skills and practices to support you in clarifying and stepping more fully and effectively into your leadership, gifts, service and self-expression, grounded in deeper ease and well-being.
Sessions will include:
Meditation training and practice to support deep presence and mental and emotional stability
Clarifying and aligning to your purpose and vision
Strengthening your access and trust in your own inner wisdom
Tapping and unleashing your creativity
Yoga, breath, movement and voice practices to support your full, enlivened and joyful embodiment
And lots of laughter and fun!
In addition to scheduled sessions, there will be plenty of time for enjoying the beach, relaxing and other activities. Take time on your own and/or in the company of the other wonderful women on our retreat. Return home renewed, inspired and committed to creating a life that really works.
Do nothing—or engage in optional trips for whale watching, the local market, Mar de Jade’s farm and school, hikes or a Huichol-led sweat lodge. Great massage and spa treatments are also available.
