This Womxn’s Retreat is led by Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Rachel Rajput and Kundalini Yoga Teacher Emilia Berwid.
In our daily practice, we will explore the subtle bodies of Yoga; The 8 Limbs, the Chakras, the Koshas and the Klayshas, as well as twice-daily pranayama, asana, and meditation.
*This Retreat offers 18 hours of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education for all 200 Hr Certified Yoga Teachers. *
Enjoy 8 days and 7 nights deepening your yoga practice, connecting with other womxn, and enjoying a true digital detox. Unwind in paradise with twice-daily offerings of yoga. and meditation to soothe your troubled soul. Feast on healthy and organic farm-to-table buffet meals, get a massage, snorkel, take a jungle hike, tour the farm, detoxify in an Aztec Sweat Lodge, enjoy pampering spa treatments, swim in the pools, or take a dip in the ocean waters.
7:30 – 9:00am: Vinyasa Yoga
9:00 – 10:00am: Breakfast
Excursions, relaxation, beach, pool
1:30 – 2:30pm: Lunch
4:30 – 6:00pm: Kundalini Sunset Practice
7:30 – 8:30pm: Dinner

Rachel Rajput founded Left Coast Power Yoga in 2013 to bring a challenging, heated Power Yoga shala to the Oakland community. As a yoga instructor, she draws from her dance, theater, and improvisation background. She weaves bits of Yogic philosophy into every class and hopes that students come out of her classes ready to take on the world like true Warriors! She received her 200 Hr Certification from Laughing Lotus SF (with Keith Borden and Jasmine Tarkeshi, and her 300 Hr from Yoga Tree (with Jason Crandall, Janet Stone, Jane Austin, and Annie Carpenter.) Rachel believes that the power of your practice can make any of life’s problems, no matter how big or small, infinitely more manageable. She loves leading retreats both locally in Northern California…. and abroad!
Nam Sanpreet Kaur is the spiritual name of Emilia Berwick Robinson, who is from the United Kingdom and who has lived in the port town of Chacala, on the coast of Nayarit since 2008. She graduated as an internationally certified Kundalini Yoga instructor in 2019 and became the only full-time yoga teacher in her community. She also holds diplomas for Teaching Kundalini Yoga Therapeutically.
