About the Retreat

Join us for a fun filled week of movement and relaxation. Yoga and fitness will be offered twice daily, as well as one group activity – TBD – and enough time to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. This retreat was created to keep you moving and feeling good while keeping in mind the need to slow down, enjoy friends, good food, sunshine and surf. Leah and Katie will make sure you laugh as much as possible, move as much as you wish, and relax to your hearts content. This is your week to treat yourself.

Schedule

7:30am – 9am vinyasa yoga/hiit workout

The day is yours to rest, go on excursions, read, walk, whatever you like. Workshops are TBD

5-6:30 evening barre workout/yin yoga

About the Teachers

Leah Marshall

Leah Marshall is an E-RYT 500 certified yoga instructor and ACE certified personal trainer. She has been running retreats and her training business for over 10 years. Leah loves the joy that retreats bring people, as well as the excuse to stay in some beautiful places. Chacala is her favorite and Mar de Jade feels like a second home.
