Tiffany Wood

Tiffany’s renowned ability to lead people to radical self-empowerment facilitates a transformative process that will be unique to each individual, and enhanced through dynamic group support. Her team includes master musician Darryl Dobson and hands-on assistance from Jen Winstead during the asana practice.

Tiffany is a certified Anusara yoga teacher, Yoga Alliance registered E-RYT-500, Anusara School of Hatha Yoga Certified Advanced Teacher Trainer, life coach and massage therapist.
