WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR BOOKING
- Seven nights at Mar de Jade Resort in the room of your choice
- Two themed 90-120 minute meditation, yoga, and playful movement sessions per day
- Two optional deep-dive yoga workshops
- Two local adventures, organized by the resort
- Three delicious locally sourced meals per day, tea, coffee, and snacks
- Resort tax
- Yoga and pilates props (no need to bring a mat and props, they are available for group use, but you can bring your own if you wish)
