My classes are an energetic mix of expression, laughter, healing, play and Joy. I am inspired by creating community and Epic experiences! I have been leading movement retreats since 2013 in Mexico, Bali, Panama and Costa Rica. I lead from a powerfully authentic, somatic – heart centered place, creating a holistic and empowering experience of fun, pleasure and connection.
Lola Manekin
Brazilian / Capricorn / Wild Woman / Mystical Woman/ Warrior Woman / Medicine Woman/ Somatic Teacher/ Breathwork Facilitator/ Poems in Beats Creatrix. I have a vast background in Integrative Medicine and in movement as a somatic experience to heal and awaken. My offerings are a blend of everything that I have learned translated through the lenses of my own heart and soul. I love the sisterhood that is created when we come together and appreciate how these retreats create a deep attunement, inviting us to slow down, look deep inside and allow healing to happen.
