How often do you go to yoga class and feel there is more? There is a subtleness, a deep stream of energy just beyond the poses. I can remember being in class and feeling myself opening up to new possibilities. I was able to listen to my inner knowing for the first time. To be truly present. I wanted to go deeper, to see what was behind that longing to learn more. During our week together, we will do just that. We will create a space to learn and explore different aspects of yoga and how they can impact you. We will dive into the eight limbs of Yoga, this ancient wisdom that still applies to us today. There will be a time for moving, for breathing, a time for sitting and dreaming, a time for challenging yourself and learning to love yourself. Yoga is the practice of presents. Being present to life, and self, and others. Come and learn how to be present.

♥ Andrea attended her first yoga class in 2005, but since 2018 has been FULLY immersed in her practice. Yoga has strengthened her physically, mentally, and emotionally, and helped her through some of the most challenging times of her life. For Andrea, yoga is not just a workout or a hobby… it’s truly a way of
life.
♥ Andrea received her 200-hour RYT certification in September 2019 and started teaching immediately after graduation. She taught at several yoga studios in the Triad area of North Carolina before starting Deep Soul Yoga + Sauna in Kernersville, NC in 2024. She received her E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) designation in March 2025 after logging over 1100 hours teaching over the last 6 years. She also received her YACEP designation (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) and will be teaching in-person CE courses to other yoga teachers this year. She is currently working on her 500-hour RYT certification and her 200-hour Meditation certification through Meditation Alliance.
♥ Yoga is Andrea’s greatest passion in life and her favorite thing to do! She has a deep respect and appreciation for ALL styles of yoga and meditation.
♥ Teaching yoga gives Andrea the opportunity to connect with others and make a profoundly positive difference in people’s lives. For Andrea, sharing the deeply transformative practice of yoga is one of life’s most rewarding experiences, and she genuinely cares for the health and well-being of every
student in her class. A self-proclaimed “hot yoga addict,” Andrea adores teaching a wide variety of modalities. Her classes emphasize awareness, radical self-acceptance and self-love, compassion, strength, and empowerment. She is deeply grateful, honored, and excited for the opportunity to share yoga’s immense benefits with as many people as possible.
Angelica Robbins
As a former firefighter/EMT, I know the toll that burnout can take on the body and soul. Through ancient wisdoms, such as ayurveda & sound healing, and daily practices, like meditation & movement, I’ve almost completely healed from a life-changing on-the-job injury that left me with extensive damage that surgery couldn’t repair.
I’m now a women’s empowerment coach working in the online space, guiding women to tap into their inner strength and live a life of freedom. With over a decade of experience as a self-defense coach, I also specialize in teaching jiu-jitsu to hundreds of young women each year and hosting empowerment events. Utilizing a psycho-spiritual approach, merging science & energetics, I’m passionate about helping women break free from innate & programmed constraints and live their best lives.
