The Relax, Release, Restore, and Renew Insightful Journeys retreat at Mar de Jade is a flowing journey of meditation,  Antaraka Yoga  (Pilates infused Hatha Yoga) classes, group coaching, and workshops.  During this week-long retreat, we will be looking at how you can create changes in your life so that you can begin the life you desire and dream of. For one week, there is everything you need here at beautiful Mar de Jade to do…nothing. Come and slow down. Immerse yourself in movement and stillness, as your body beckons. There will be so much time to relax, release everything that no longer serves you, restore balance, and renew your zest for life.

Schedule

Daily – 6:45 am Meditation

            7:15 am Hatha Yoga classes (infused with Pilates and geared towards every level)

            8:30 am Breakfast

            1:30 pm lunch followed by

             The Art of B.A.L.A.N.C.E. group workshop

             5 pm Hatha Yoga sunset classes

             6:30 dinner

About the Teachers

Rhona Parsons

Rhona’s journey of self discovery began in 1997 when she attended her first yoga class. Since then, Rhona has devoted her career to helping others live their best lives through her teachings. She has followed her love and passion for fitness, health, and wellness for over 25 years, shining her light to inspire and gently guide others, especially women, to live their best life.  As a Master Trainer, Rhona creates and teaches fitness and yoga programs to clients and other fitness professionals all over the world.  Combining two favourite movement practices, Yoga and Pilates, Rhona has created the perfect balanced classes that she will be sharing with you.

She lives her truth by balancing her dedication to her career, clients, and her devotion to her family.
