The Regenerative Movement Retreat is an immersive experience designed to help you reduce pain, restore alignment, and reconnect to your body in a calm, supportive environment.
At the core of the retreat are the 6 Body Codes — Pelvis, Spine, Feet, Clavicle, Femur, and Ribs. These body regions work together to create the Zero Line, your body’s natural center of gravity. When the Zero Line is clear, weight distributes through the bones instead of compressing the joints, allowing the body to move with more ease, stability, and resilience.
Each day includes two guided movement classes built from our Foundation Body Code classes, all taught using the 7-Phase Regenerative Formula:
Body Scan
Decompression
Mobility
Stability
Equalization
Body Scan (integration)

This structure helps the nervous system settle while the body reorganizes itself from the inside out.
Outside of class time, the retreat is intentionally spacious — with plenty of time to relax, explore, play, rest, and integrate in a beautiful setting.
This retreat is for people who want to feel more at home in their body, move with less effort, and build a foundation for lifelong health and vitality.

Jay Kratz is a Bodyworker and Movement Specialist with over 20 years of experience helping people reduce pain, restore alignment, and move with more ease. He worked as a massage therapist with the Denver Broncos during the 2017 and 2018 seasons, taught at a top-tier massage school in Denver, and apprenticed with highly respected practitioners across multiple disciplines. By synthesizing Structural Integration and Rolfing-inspired principles with athletic training and hands-on bodywork, Jay created the Regenerative Movement Method — a bone-centric, alignment-based system that teaches the body how to organize around its natural center of gravity, supporting long-term resilience, ease, and lasting change rather than temporary fixes
