Dance into the New Year vibin’ high! Ride the flow of empowering yoga to the rhythm of uplifting music, enjoy nourishing food, and partake in deep conversations as you connect deeper to yourself and other like-hearted people in paradise!

Each morning will be Vinyasa Yoga and evening Yin Yoga. In between that is your opportunity to create your own adventure during this Yoga Retreat. Relax on the beach, swim in the ocean or pool, read or nap in a hammock, enjoy a massage, or do an excursion; like visit the petroglyphs spiritual site of Altavista, join a Temazcal Ceremony, cruise on a Catamaran, connect with the local community, learn to Salsa Dance or Surf fun waves.

This Exhale Yoga Retreat will be a transformational experience led by Yoga Teacher Crystal Rainbow. The retreat is designed to take you through a journey of transformation by starting with recognizing what is weighing you down and practicing yoga to assist you to let it go. The New Year is the ideal time to get clear on what you want to welcome into your life and set your intention for the upcoming year.

We will welcome the New Year by dancing open-heartedly surrounded by a loving group of positive people. By the time the Yoga Retreat completes, our mission is that you will go home feeling lighter in love with yourself, others and life.

Crystal was raised by Yogis and trained in India. She is dedicated to her roots teaching the old Traditions and practices of yoga. Offering a powerful class in Asana with depth into Pranayama, Mantra & Mythology. Her bubbly personality and infectious laugh will have you stepping out of your comfort zone in a playful way, to discover yourself on your mat.
