About the Retreat

This retreat reminds me of my beautiful retreat center in Charlottesville as the environment truly promotes healing and inspiration. As always we will be inspired.

The elements of nature in our daily morning yoga practice. Three afternoons will be devoted to deep and gentle healing with bodywork based on the hands-on healing system of polarity therapy. Other afternoons (or perhaps an evening or 2!) will include a group acupuncture session with my partner, Liz Grant, restorative/yin yoga, and yoga nidra. The goal is balance, restoration, and creating the space and strength to fully embody our intentions and our light.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Cost for the course is $700 (payable to me), $50 discounts for those repeating.

Ocean Room

Single: $2,950

Double: $1,950 pp

Garden Room

Single: $2,550

Double: $1,700 pp

Guest Room

Single: $2,050

Double: $1450 pp

Guest Dorm

Quad: $1,150 pp

These are Guest Rooms with a Loft to be shared between 4 women. The women’s dorm is a guaranteed rate; as a result, Mar de Jade reserves the right to assign roommates from different retreats in order to fill the dorm or to reassign participants to a guest room single or double if it doesn’t fill.
