Our retreats are intended to be transformative getaways where you can return to yourself, reset, restore and experience your wholeness.
This signature retreat will bring together Western sciences and Eastern contemplative arts and sciences. You will be supported through an uplifting journey into the heart of the self. Through discussion of neuroscience, psychology, yogic philosophies, and theory as well as direct experiences through meditation, yoga asana, breathwork, mantra, kriya, and mudra, we will fuse modern science with contemplative arts to enhance your experience of wholeness, oneness, and ultimate well being.
The word yoga in America has become synonymous with asana, and we know it to be so much more. In this retreat, you will be guided through intelligent, fun, playful, and therapeutic asana PLUS! The plus includes inspiring lectures that guide the mind and heart into a deeper experience of being, coupled with transforming yourself into the next iteration that you desire to become. We will spend time in movement and stillness to move you deeper into the heart of the subtleties that imprint change.
