This week is truly a nervous system wind down with a focus on connection with your body and the community. You will come away feeling deeply nourished. Yoga classes each morning and afternoon will guide you consistently to turn toward your body with mindful awareness in order to respond to your body’s wisdom. “It’s not about the way you look in a yoga pose, but about how responsive you can learn to be with your body and spirit.”

Morning Yoga begins at 7:30am, Sunday-Friday and afternoon class is 4:15-5:45. We finish just in time to watch the gorgeous sunset!
Sheryl Kleiman
Sheryl has 25 years of experience teaching and is influenced by Iyengar, Anusara, Ananda, and Vinyasa amongst other styles of Hatha Yoga. She has taught prenatal and postpartum yoga, gentle yoga, partner yoga, Boot Camp yoga, restorative, and energetic flow. Her classes make space for all bodies and all levels and she has a knack for making everyone feel welcome. She is attuned with her students and precise with her instruction. For many years, Sheryl was a Thai massage therapist, which informs her knowledge of anatomy and her ability to communicate through touch. She currently works as a somatic psychotherapist in Ashland, Oregon, where she lives on a small farm with her husband and their goats, donkeys, chickens, dogs and cats. www.sherylkleiman.com
