Nurture your body and reset your soul on a deep-dive in paradise. Wake for coffee on the beach and practice gentle Active Yoga while you breathe to the sound-bath of waves below. Erin’s Yoga classes cultivate self-connection, inner peace and joy! Your days may hold beach walks, a snorkeling trip, shopping in town, healing massage, napping in a hammock, or taking a dip in one of Mar de Jade’s tranquil jacuzzis or pools. Share three nourishing farm-to-table (special-diet accommodating, mostly organic) daily meals, served buffet style overlooking Chacala Bay. Evenings unfold slowly with relaxing Restorative Yoga and a cool drink sipped at sunset.

Your direct payment to me of $450 covers my teaching + travel and reserves your spot on the retreat. Combined Tuition and Accommodations includes your 7 nights stay, 3 delicious organic meals per day (plus day-long coffee+tea+fruit), and daily/nightly nourishingly Active and Restorative Yoga classes. What’s not included in these payments are your flights to and from Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR), private airport-resort shuttles (Mar de Jade will organize these), gratuities, bar tabs, extra excursions, or spa services.

Her adept use of props, careful alignment, clear instruction, a slower pace, and modifications support every person in the room. Through Asana (Yoga poses), Pranayama (guided breathing), and Savasana (deep rest) she will guide you to find greater balance, strength, flexibility, and calm.
