Jen’s teaching style is down to earth, relevant, poetic, deep AND light-hearted. Jen is an original teacher…every class is unique. She weaves in theory and refined sequences from Katonah yoga, sweaty vinyasa from her Bikram days, flow and surfing the breath from Erich Schiffman, poetry, mythology, nature’s wisdom and the goodness that is unique and sacred when attuned and present with what is.
