Kara Burdack
Lead Facilitator
Kara’s love and curiosity for movement began at a young age with her passion for dance. Through her training and career she was guided to the physical practice of yoga. It wasn’t until completing her teacher training with the Vikasa academy she understood it was so much more. Able to finally breathe fully and deeply, Kara continued to educate herself and share her learnings with others across the world. She believes to move and live within the world you must have a curiosity to explore and play within your inner world. She will guide you to deepen your understanding of the physical body so that you can tune into your mental and emotional intelligence, encouraging you to reduce unnecessary tension and pain; finding joy and clarity in all aspects of your practice. Kara’s classes integrate her love of anatomy and alignment, moving you through challenging sequences that enable you to be fully present.
