The world takes its toll on our mind, body, and soul. A retreat gives us the time and space where the spirit is no longer under siege; a place where you can sit quietly, breathe deeply, and rest completely. That place is Mar de Jade Wellness Resort and Spa. Mar de Jade is nestled between the tropical jungle and the pristine sandy beaches of Chacala, México. I fell in love with this vibrant fishing town during a family vacation and vowed to return for a deep-dive of Gently Active & Restorative Yoga, long beach walks, therapeutic massage, clean farm-to-table buffet meals, optional eco-excursions, and dips/naps at the pools. Unwind for 8 days and 7 nights in paradise and community on a retreat that will nurture your body and reset your soul!

Come as you are, leave feeling better!
For over 10 years, Erin’s joyful, Iyengar-based classes support, open, and restore Yogis of all ages and abilities. Bring your requests to class: her adept use of props, careful alignment, clear instruction, a slower pace, and modifications support every person in the room. Erin’s well-loved Gently Active and Yoga for Healthy Aging classes focus on relieving stiff/weakness in the neck, shoulders, legs, hips, and low back while improving balance, strength, and flexibility. Her classes are appropriate for those practiced Yoga students restricted by fear, inflexibility, and mild injury.
