Join Liza Toft and Eve Holbrook for a seven-day retreat in this magical place, just 90 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta airport by car. Each day, we will teach two yoga classes in a beautiful studio overlooking the ocean, exploring asanas and pranayamas that connect us with and balance the various aspects of our elemental nature.
There will be an active practice in the morning and a restorative practice in the evening, both suitable for all levels. If you have any physical issues or injuries, we will help you modify for them.
Between sessions, we will have plenty of free time to swim and relax, receive spa treatments or partake in optional daily excursions such as a hike to a secluded beach with caves, a pre-Hispanic petroglyph trip, a Temezcal ceremony, whale watching, a traditional Mexican market, and trips to nearby fishing villages and towns (Chacala, Sayulita and San Pancho).

Eve Holbrook
Eve has been practicing yoga since 1992. Initially drawn to it for relief from chronic back pain following a childhood horseback riding injury, she has grown to view yoga as an exploration of the nature of life and what it is to be a human being; to see ourselves truthfully, discover what is important to us, and weave that insight into the way we live our lives. Liza Toft
Liza has been studying yoga since 1991, and teaching yoga since 1999. She was first introduced to yoga when she was a student at The School of Visual Arts in NYC, where she was studying fine arts. She explored many styles of yoga before committing to the study of Iyengar Yoga in 2003. The intelligence of that system of learning asana, the fact that its philosophy is not separated from the physical practice, and the way that it serves as a foundation that deepens with practice, has always been a source of mystery and wonder to her.
