Transition into the New Year vibin’ high! Riding the flow of empowering yoga to the rhythm of uplifting music, surfing fun waves, enjoy nourishing food, partake in deep conversations; as you connect deeper to yourself and other like-hearted people.

This Exhale Yoga Retreat will be a transformational experience lead by Yoga Teacher & Yoga to Life Coach Rachel Wainwright. The retreat is designed to take you through a journey of transformation by starting with recognizing what is weighing you down and practicing yoga to assist you to let it go. The New Year is the ideal time to get clear on what you want to welcome into your life and set your intention for the upcoming year.

We will welcome the New Year by dancing open heartily surrounded by a loving group of positive people. By the time the retreat completes our mission is that you will go home feeling lighter in love with yourself, others and life.

Programa

This yoga retreat offers a variety of yoga classes, which will ride the rhythm of the experience. From energetic, strong moving flows that support strength and flexibility, to deep relaxation and meditation.

We mindfully plan each yoga class to build upon each other, deepening retreaters’ yoga practices and helping them connect within.

Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels and offer modifications and assists. We strongly encourage beginner yogis to join us, as this is a wonderful opportunity to find the inspiration to begin a personal practice. For experienced yogi’s, this is a great place to deepen your existing practice and continue to grow.

Example of Daily Schedule:
7:45am – Coffee/Tea, Snack
8:30am – Vinyasa Yoga class
10:00am – Breakfast
11:30am – Optional group Activity
1:30pm – Lunch
2:30pm – Free time
6:30pm – Dinner
8:00pm – Yin Yoga class
