Navigating the extremes in life and in asana requires abhyasa (practice) and vairagya (renunciation) so effort becomes exalted and eventually effortless. During this retreat held in a beautiful studio overlooking the ocean and surrounded by the jungle you will embark upon an adventure in asana and pranayama and learn how to create space and freedom in your practice.

Programa

Schedule:

Arrival Day—Saturday  PM:    1 hour Restorative Jet Lag (Travel) class

Daily—Sunday -Friday  AM:    2 ½ hour Asana class

PM:    1 ½ to 2 hour Restorative & pranayama class

The full cost of the Retreat ranges from $ 1,490.00 to $ 2,850.00 per person depending on the type of room that you select and includes all yoga classes, all meals,  7 nights lodging, staff gratuities for the week and all taxes; not included is your airfare to Puerto Vallarta, ground transportation, spa treatments, bar drinks or excursions.

Greg Anton

Greg Anton, a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, has been teaching for more than twenty-five years. His knowledge from practice along with his keen memory and precise instruction allow him to present asana in an extremely methodical and clear way and to weave the philosophy of yoga through the fabric of the body. Greg has been studying weekly with Patricia Walden for more than twenty years. He also studied extensively with Ramanand Patel in San Francisco and the Iyengars in India and in the U.S. He lives in Provincetown, Massachusetts, and teaches workshops throughout the U.S.
