Join Jen, Misty, Mary-Kate and Ann for a week together of yoga, play, chanting and relaxation at the sweetest place – Mar de Jade – a lovely resort nestled in a bay by jungle and sea just an hour and a half North of Puerto Vallarta.
We will practice folding and unfolding, looking in and looking out, circling around and traversing new terrain in our bodies and minds to reveal the mystic within. Mythology teacher Joseph Campbell said,
“The privilege of a lifetime, is being who you are.”
Taking time for oneself on retreat is a way to find out who you are without all the demands and stresses of modern day life. Our time together will help us ground our roots of stability, gather techniques of capaciousness, and tap our creative and clear visions for our own path in life.
