Vinita Laroia
Vinita’s yoga and meditation practice began in 1998 while she was a student and ski bum in Colorado. Since then, she has made long term homes in Wyoming, Japan, and California. Influenced by the natural world and the many places she has traveled; her personal practice is based on a sense of deep ecology and global philosophy. Vinita practices and teaches various movement modalities, including vinyasa, yin, and barre sculpt; as well as Buddhist and guided meditation. Her sound healing sessions include gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, tingsha bells, various chimes, and her own voice. The vibration of all these instruments creates a tapestry of rejuvenation and complete relaxation for mind, body, and spirit.

Shane Davis
In 2014 Shane made a life changing leap many people dream of: he left his languishing 15-year medical career to work in preventative healthcare and teach yoga. Raised in a Protestant culture and leaving the church at 19, he studied Buddhism, meditation, and Existentialist philosophy throughout his twenties. In 2008, while on an online date, he entered his first yoga class. As a studied classical pianist who grew up singing hymns, Shane is drawn to the Bhakti practice of chanting (kirtan), and teaches a weekly class mixing kirtan and vinyasa flow. Leading classes and teacher training, Shane is also a personal coach, helping people to learn from and resolve the past, and create a meaningful future.
