Yoga is therapeutic, joyful, practical and mystical.
Join Jen Breen for a week together of yoga, play and relaxation at the sweetest place – Mar de Jade – a lovely resort nestled in a bay by jungle and sea just an hour and a half North of Puerto Vallarta.
We will practice folding and unfolding, looking in and looking out, circling around and traversing new terrain in our bodies and minds to reveal the mystic within. Mythology teacher Joseph Campbell said,
“The privilege of a lifetime, is being who you are.”
Taking time for oneself on retreat is a way to find out who you are without all the demands and stresses of modern day life. Our time together will help us ground our roots of stability, gather techniques of capaciousness, and tap our creative and clear visions for our own path in life.
This is for all levels of yoga students. We encourage everyone to come with abundance and a beginner’s mind.

RATE PER PERSON (USD) Please register for the retreat and accommodations here at Bainbridge Yoga House. A deposit of $1,250 is required to register. The remainder will be due October 15th. Jen Breen
Jen Breen is from Bainbridge Island, WA where she is a mom of four teenagers! Jen’s been a dedicated yoga student since she was a teen. She is a weaver of many different styles, lineages and philosophies and derives great wisdom from being open to all the intelligence around especially in nature. Jen has been teaching for 25 years and studio founder and owner of Yoga Vida in Austin Texas from 1999-2003 and then founded and runs currently Bainbridge Yoga House since 2007. Jen teaches with humor, compassion, creativity and clarity. She teaches and practices Bikram, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha Flow, Yin and Katonah Yoga. This will be Jen’s 12th year leading retreats in Mexico and Costa Rica. This will be her 5th year hosting a retreat at Mar de Jade.
