Join Gentle Somatic Yoga creator James Knight and his co-facilitator Teya Alden for a juicy, life-enhancing week of next-level GSY training where they will expand Somatics into an entirely new dimension: Movement As A Lifestyle!

This training will cover:

▸ 1/3 of the course will be devoted to working on the table for customized hands-on sessions
‣ 1/3 of the course will be devoted to modifying Somatic Movement Flows for people sitting in a chair
▸ 1/3 of the course will be taking GSY off the floor, chairs, and tables, and into being upright and moving off the mat

Guest Dorm

Quad: Dorm bed: $1945 pp

These are Guest Rooms with a Loft to be shared between 4 people of same gender. This is a guaranteed rate but Mar de Jade reserves the right to assign roommates from different retreats in order to fill it or to re-assign participants to a guest room single or double if it doesn’t fill. Retreat leaders may book an entire dorm for exclusive use of their retreat with a minimum of 4 guests.
