WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR BOOKING

• Seven nights at Mar de Jade Resort in the room of your choice
• Two themed 90-120 minute meditation, yoga, and playful movement sessions per day
• Two optional deep-dive yoga workshops
• Two local adventures, organized by the resort
• Three delicious locally sourced meals per day, tea, coffee, and snacks
• Resort tax
• Yoga and pilates props (no need to bring a mat and props, they are available for group use, but you can bring your own if you wish)
