This retreat will be a true reset, a perfect week away to move, play, heal, breath, relax, recharge and recalibrate your system. We’ll have 2-3 classes a day overlooking the ocean (with a more active morning practice, a movement exploration and a restorative afternoon session), eat delicious local food, swim in the pool, play in the ocean, explore our very own private section of the beach or some of the local jungle hikes. The practice sessions will meet you where you’re at with balanced yoga for the whole body that will help you recalibrate and act as a form of compassionate self-inquiry. Explore, walk, get a treatment or relax in your room and the spacious open lounge areas. Reset back to your fullest self.

Scott Davis
Scott Davis has been sharing his passion for health as a yoga teacher, movement therapist, acupuncturist, practitioner of Eastern Medicine, and health educator for the past 25 years. He integrates therapeutic traditions, contemporary approaches to health and the latest research in biomechanics and human movement in ways that are clear, accessible, fun and results-based with a balance of authenticity, humour and depth. His love of yoga started in his teens with a decade of ashtanga vinyasa yoga, while over the years growing his teaching with the alignment and precision of Iyengar yoga, the the balancing of qigong and breathwork, the restful qualities of restorative and yin yoga, and more recently mobility work and functional movement to create a more comprehensive practice of movement aligned with the core principles of a well-rounded yoga practice. When Scott is not teaching or treating patients in his clinic, he loves practicing movement of all kinds, playing in nature and spending time with his family.
