Join Liza Toft and Eve Holbrook for a seven-day retreat in this spectacular location, 90 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta by car. Each day, we will teach two yoga classes in a beautiful studio overlooking the ocean, exploring asanas and pranayamas that connect us with and balance the various aspects of our elemental nature (earth, water, fire, air, ether).
There will be an active practice in the morning and a restorative practice in the evening, both suitable for all levels. If you have any physical issues or injuries, we will help you modify for them.
Between sessions, we will have plenty of free time to swim and relax, receive spa treatments or partake in optional daily excursions such as a Temazcal sweat ceremony, a hike to a secluded beach with caves, a pre-Hispanic petroglyph trip, nearby fishing villages and towns (Chacala, Sayulita and San Pancho), whale-watching and a traditional Mexican market.

Eve Holbrook
Eve has been practicing yoga since 1994. Initially drawn to it for relief from chronic back pain following a childhood horseback riding injury, she has grown to view yoga as an exploration of the nature of life and what it is to be a human being; to see ourselves truthfully, discover what is important to us, and weave that insight into the way we live our lives.
