About the Retreat
Come experience the magic that happens when you combine heart centered yoga, chakra-based healing touch (both on massage tables and in water), guided meditations, group support, connection, inspiration, and FUN!
In our yoga practices and healing work together, we will explore our relationships to the five elements of nature and their corresponding energy centers. Release stuck energy patterns as you embrace and expand your natural gifts.
This dynamic workshop explores relationships: our relationships to our bodies, to nature, to our chakras, to others, to our minds and hearts.
Tools for transformation include: yoga practices, hands-on-healing sessions, creating intention, aquatic bodywork, group process and meditations, and adventure!, Come prepared to listen to your body, open your heart, and feed your soul, and embrace the mystery!

Tuition is $600 post Oct 1st.
Cancellation Policy: Refund minus $200 (non-refundable) before Oct 1st.
All tuition deposits are non-refundable after Oct.1st.

About the Teachers
Beth Goldstein
Beth Goldstein, MA, has been teaching retreats and workshops in mind/ body awareness both nationally and internationally for over 20 years. In 2002, She founded The Polarity Barn Retreat Center and Yoga Studio in Charlottesville, VA. and currently works and teaches in Provincetown, MA .She is a certified instructor in polarity therapy and yoga.
Beth’s yoga classes bring together a number of styles in a dynamic slow flow focusing on breath, alignment, and balance for the body, mind, and heart….a meditation in motion. Polarity therapy is a chakra based healing system that combines awareness, healing touch, and yoga postures.
All classes and workshops are appropriate for all levels.
Beth is a dynamic instructor who brings knowledge, passion, humor, and joy to her work .
