This retreat is a sanctuary for the soul, a place where you can honor your grief, embrace your vulnerability, and emerge with a renewed sense of purpose and resilience. Step away from the demands of daily life and immerse yourself in a transformative experience that will leave you feeling nourished, empowered, connected, and ready to engage with what is next for you. Through the container of the FourPaths of Soulful Living and Grieving, we will immerse in wisdom offerings, ceremony, therapeutic yoga, guided meditation and breathwork, expressive movement, and dreamwork. Our offering will honor and include inter-generational and ancestral exploration and connection.
Grief is a universal experience that often serves as a catalyst for significant personal growth. It encompasses a spectrum of emotions and experiences that not only reside in our minds and broken hearts, but also get stored in the tissues of our bodies. Engaging in embodied practices, like yoga, expressive movement and dance, helps us to metabolize and move our emotions so they do not become stagnant. Thus, increasing our capacity for living a more soulful and full spectrum life.
We would love to have you join us as we, together, create a restorative and communal container to move and share our grief and gratitude, laughter and tears, sadness and joy in the beautiful and magical setting of the Pacific coast of Mexico.
