Each day will offer opportunities to deeply listen and respond through yoga, meditation, mindfulness practices, journaling, restorative yoga, fascia rolling using Yoga Tune-Up balls, Soul Collage, nature experiences and deep, restorative sleep.
Enjoy two sessions of yoga and creative movement, silent meditation, restorative asana, journaling and satsang to reconnect to Nature and cultivate joy and peace. In between down dogs, there will be plenty of free time to enjoy amazing organic food, explore the beach and jungle, receive bodywork, or journal in the sun by the beautiful pool. Return home renewed, inspired and committed to living a more awakened life.

Erin Skinner Smith wants everyone to make friends with mindfulness, eat real food, move their bodies, and hit the pillow a little earlier for a more purposeful existence. She is a therapeutically-inclined yoga teacher, a certified mindfulness coach and the host of theOMchannel.com, an online yoga & mindfulness station. The author of Sensible Wellness, Erin is a librarian by trade and a storyteller by choice. When she’s not standing on her head or typing on her trusty laptop, you’ll find her reading poetry, playing guitar, enjoying a glass of red wine or snuggling on the couch with her people.
