Join us for a deep-dive in paradise that will nurture your body and reset your soul. Your morning begins with a steaming mug of tea/coffee, perched in a floor-to-sky window seat, watching a flock of pelican flying over Chacala’s sandy beach. Practice an (alignment-based) Active Yoga session in one of Mar de Jade’s cliff/beach-side studios while you breathe to the sound-bath of waves crashing below. Erin’s deeply individualized classes cultivate self-connection, inner peace and joy. Your days may hold beach walks, optional excursions (snorkeling, sweat lodge, hike to petroglyphs), shopping in town, healing massage, napping in a beach-side hammock, or taking a dip in one of Mar de Jade’s tranquil jacuzzis or pools. Share three nourishing farm-to-table (special-diet accommodating, mostly organic) meals, served in a magical outdoor dining area that overlooks beautiful Chacala Bay. Evenings unfold slowly with afternoon Restorative session (Yoga for Sleep/Anxiety/Depression…) and a cool, pre-dinner drink sipped with friends at sunset.

Through skilled sequencing and incredible knowledge of functional anatomy, Erin shares her inclusive, Iyengar-based classes with Yogis of all ages and abilities. Her adept use of props, careful alignment, clear instruction, a slower pace, and modifications support every person in the room. Through Asana (Yoga poses), Pranayama (guided breathing), and Savasana (deep rest) she will guide and empower you to find greater balance, strength, flexibility, and calm.
