Through mindfulness, our breath and body can be potent entry points to our deeper and wiser spiritual nature. Our conscious awareness of true nature – the essence of our being which is always inherently wise, wakeful and whole – is key to our peace and contentment in life. In our modern culture, this more subtle reality of being often remains veiled or overlooked. We will spend the week in sacred exploration through breath, yoga (including hatha, vinyasa, and kundalini), breathwork, shamanic practices, somatic movement and exploration, dance, meditation, and self inquiry.

This retreat offers a sacred opportunity to gently and lovingly undo the ways we get stuck and forgetful of our true nature. The more we learn to connect, the more at home we will feel within ourselves and wherever we find ourselves in the world. You will be guided in an experiential journey all week to help rediscover the sacred connection to your deepest inner-knowing.

Sandra Vanatko is the founder of Indra’s Grace Yoga. With over 16 years of exploration, Sandra is a seasoned guide in the realm of yoga, meditation, and the exploration of consciousness itself. She is a yoga teacher, meditation teacher, and healer who mentors clients near and far in their unique journeys of awakening and transformation.
