About the Retreat
Hermosas is a dynamic, down-to-earth, diverse group of women coming together to meditate, dance, strength train, stretch, reflect, connect, nourish, laugh, just be, LOVE, and ultimately reconnect to and express our beauty from the inside out. ♥︎

*One day we will be taking a fantabulous daytrip into Sayulita!
A variety of rates, ranging from $1,600 to $2,700, depending on room type.
Rates are very inclusive, including room, tax, tip, transport from airport/resort and resort/airport, trip to Sayulita, food, all classes, and a massage.
Not included are airline ticket, alcohol, massage tip, any other shopping or bodywork desired.

About the Teachers
Heather Alaine
Heather Alaine is an advocate of love, and a strong believer in the transformative powers of reflection, connection, and movement. Heather’s dance background is rooted in ballet from her formative years in Rota, Spain. She since immersed herself in a myriad of movement forms, including dance styles like folkloric, modern and hip-hop as well as Tae Kwon Do and kickboxing. While working on her Master’s in Education in 2000 in San Francisco, she worked with kids in movement before transition to living in Oakland and working with adults in fitness and dance. Her love for learning led her to become a certified personal trainer, massage practitioner, yoga teacher and most recently a barre instructor. She enjoys bringing energy, inspiration, positivity, and laughter (as well as an occasional curse word) into every class she teaches. Additionally, Heather is a Health Coach at UC Berkeley, leader of Hermosas (Women’s Wellness Retreats), an author (READY: Heartbreak, Dating & My Journey Toward Love), and a 1st grade Literacy Specialist. In her downtime, Heather can be found soaking in a hot tub, hiking in the California redwoods, or sipping on champagne with the Loves in her life.
