About the Retreat

Join Faith and Nova at Mar de Jade where the lush jungle spills into a small bay warmed by the Pacific Ocean. “Awaken the Senses” is an opportunity to be present with the senses of touch, taste, hearing, sight and smell in this exotic environment. In the morning we will explore one of the 5 senses during a Gentle Yoga and Meditation class and every afternoon we will venture inward with a Restorative, Yin or Yoga Nidra session. Participants will have opportunities to play in the ocean, snorkel, hike , bird or whale watch and more. Enjoy afternoon massages at the spa, or bathing on the beach, and indulge your sense of taste with the fresh organic fruits, vegetables, and seafood served at the outdoor dining buffet three times a day. This 7day / 6 night all – inclusive wellness retreat is the perfect winter get-a-way to restore your senses with a feeling of calm and delight.

Schedule

Two to three yoga/meditation sessions a day with time for excursions and relaxation.
