Spring Yoga Retreat

Retreating from the distractions of daily life is an essential part of the spiritual path. This weeklong retreat offers opportunity to deepen your practice. Classes will include a range of study and practice ~ Yoga asana, Pranayama, deep relaxation, Meditation, and Yoga philosophy. Daily schedule includes yoga class before breakfast, noon meditation and yoga before dinner.

Between classes is your own time to spend on the beach hiking, swimming, whale watching and eating fabulous food!
