Yoga and Meditation Retreat

This nourishing retreat offers you the time and space to cultivate mindfulness, clarity and ease through Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama and Ayurvedic principles. Morning sessions include a mindful flowing asana practice and guided meditation. Early evenings are a time for rejuvenation through a yummy restorative practice with integrated breathing and Ayurveda. Afternoons are free for swimming, relaxing, healing spa treatments or optional activities such as: Temazcal sweat ceremony, hiking, and local markets. Suitable for all levels.

Ronly Blau has been teaching yoga for 18 years. She is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and co-author of The Mindbody Cleanse.
