One of the many gifts of the Yoga practice is that we are faced with the challenge and the ability to go internally, find what is present within us, and make a call to action out in the world around us We also learn to relax into ourselves and find joy along the journey. Practicing Yoga away from the responsibilities of everyday life will re-inspire your mind and soul, and remind you of the joy to be found within you and around you. The Joy of the Journey Yoga Retreat is that reminder; to live fully in love, passion and inspiration.
Each day will consist of two Yoga classes; a vigorous Vinyasa class in the
morning, followed by a more relaxing afternoon session with meditation. Each
day will have space for free time to roam the beach, swim in the ocean and pools,
the opportunity to get a massage, or relax on a hammock and read a book.
