Join BodyMantra founder Kimberly Jonas for a week of movement, stillness and reflection. Participants will be invited to explore un-choreographed, self-guided movement, set against a backdrop of music ranging from world beats to classical cadences; all with the intention of surrendering to the impulse of each moment, listening deeply for what the body and spirit need most. Our time will incorporate periodic conscious dialogue with other group members in order to more fully embrace the essence of what we are experiencing and learning through our movement journeys. While participants will be encouraged to move to the edges of their comfort zones in order to catalyze breakthrough, there will also be room for quiet, inward reflection for the moments when tenderness or uncertainty are present.
